The CPM30DM gas pasta cooker is a professional double-tank unit designed to deliver high performance, safety, and long-lasting durability.
The structure and baskets are entirely made of stainless steel, while the AISI 316 stainless steel tanks (15/10 thickness) are treated with a special ceramic micro-bead sandblasting, ensuring a more resistant and hygienic surface.
The overflow system automatically removes starch residues, keeping the water clean during cooking.
Equipped with high-efficiency stainless steel burners with optimized combustion, the CPM30DM guarantees uniform heating and fast boiling times.
Ignition is via piezoelectric starter with pilot flame, and the independent power control allows each tank to be managed separately.
Additional features include a water filling tap on the control panel, raised splash-proof chimney, false bottom for basket support, and stainless steel cabinet.
The unit runs on methane gas, with a GPL conversion kit supplied as standard, and reaches 100°C in just 25 minutes.
