The SFM20M is a 20-liter gas fryer with integrated cabinet, designed for high-performance professional use.
Structure, lids, baskets, and heating elements made of AISI 304 stainless steel; worktop and tanks stamped in 15/10 stainless steel.
Handles, baskets, knobs, and lids made of insulating material.
Tubular stainless steel burners with turbulence system for optimized flame (+50% efficiency), thermocouple, and safety thermostat.
Protected pilot flame, piezoelectric ignition, supplied for natural gas with included LPG kit.
Heats up to 190°C in approximately 10 minutes, frying time about 6 minutes.
