Professional benchtop planetary mixer with variable speed, mechanical controls, and inverter, ideal for artisanal bakeries, restaurants, and pastry labs. Perfect for a wide variety of preparations: pizza, bread, cookies, croissants, brioche, choux pastry, sponge cake, shortcrust pastry, meringues, purées, sauces, and whipped cream.
The robust structure features scratch-resistant paint and an ABS top cover. The bowl and whisk are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the dough hook and paddle are made of aluminum, and the transparent bowl guard is made of polycarbonate.
