COMBINED MEAT MINCER AND GRATER 22AE
Machine with a completely removable grinding unit in stainless steel AISI 304 that allows it to be placed in the refrigerator without having to remove minced meat residues after each use in accordance with the HACCP hygiene standards – low voltage controls – meat inlet ø 52 mm – oiled gear motor. Equipped with enterprise system with stainless steel plate (ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife. Grater section featured by: polished aluminium inlet 140×75 mm – stainless steel roller – lower protection grid – microswitch on the grater pusher.
