Removable grinding unit in stainless steel AISI 304 – low voltage controls – meat inlet ø 52 mm – oiled gear motor. Equipped with enterprise system with stainless steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife. Grater section featured by: polished aluminum inlet 140 × 75 mm – stainless steel roller – lower protection grid – microswitch on the grater pusher.
