Stainless steel casing and hopper.
Removable grinding unit in stainless steel AISI 304 – low voltage controls – cooling fan – meat inlet ø 76 mm – safety microswitches on the hopper – reverse function – oiled gear motor. Equipped with enterprise system with stainless steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife.
