The Fimar 32RSD professional meat mincer is designed to provide high performance, reliability and practicality in restaurants, butcher shops, food processing laboratories and professional food preparation environments.
The body and hopper are made of stainless steel, while the removable AISI 304 stainless steel grinding unit makes cleaning and maintenance operations easier. The 76 mm meat inlet allows efficient processing, with an hourly production capacity of between 300 and 500 kg.
The oil-bath gear reducer ensures reliable operation and long service life, while the cooling fan helps maintain efficient performance even during prolonged use.
The reverse function allows the grinding unit to be quickly cleared in the event of a blockage. The machine is also equipped with safety microswitches on the hopper.
The machine is supplied as standard with an Enterprise system including a stainless steel plate with 6 mm holes and a self-sharpening stainless steel knife.
