Professional full cube ice maker producing 18 g solid ice cubes, designed for use in bars, restaurants, hotels and catering environments. The unit features a fully stainless steel structure, ensuring durability, hygiene and easy cleaning.
Ice is produced through a water spray system on a horizontal copper evaporator. As the evaporator cools, high-density, crystal-clear ice cubes are formed. Solid cubes are ideal for long-lasting drink cooling, as they melt slowly and preserve beverage quality.
The machine is available in two versions: air-cooled (GH100AN) or water-cooled (GH100WN). Both models are equipped with a digital electronic control system that guarantees accurate temperature management and reliable operation.
Thanks to its compact design and efficient performance, this ice maker is ideal for professional countertop installations requiring a continuous supply of high-quality ice.
