Free shipping

Shipping costs for all products on the site are always free for all deliveries in Italy.

For all European Community countries an additional contribution for transport costs is required. For all countries, the cost of transport is quantified on the cart page, even before starting the order procedure.

Shipments are made exclusively by Express Courier, with shipment tracking service. An email is sent to the customer’s address at the time of shipment which allows the shipment to be constantly monitored.

Packaging

All products are shipped with their original packaging.

Courier delays in delivery

Express couriers almost always deliver extremely quickly, respecting delivery times. But sometimes there are some delays. Therefore, the delivery times by the courier indicated on the site have an indicative value, not binding from a contractual point of view
